General Duties:
Machine operation and piece part inspection
Specific Job Functions:
A. Operate machine tools
B. Inspection of product
C. Operation of related equipment
D. Machine offsets and adjustments
Knowledge of:
A. General machine operation
B. General inspection practices
C. Limited statistical process control
Skilled in:
A. Basic machine operation
B. Use of inspection equipment
Ability to:
A. Read blueprints
B. Fill out quality reports
C. Change and adjust tooling and offsets
Education and Experience:
1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for operating a machine tool and inspection of products; or any combination of education, training and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
Minimum Evaluation Rating:
A. Workmanship: 12
B. Quality: 20
C. Safety and Housekeeping: 10
D. Others: 7
